Do you have a little girl? If so, I bet that you just love to put bows and flowers and ribbons in her hair, don't you?! I know I sure would!
Well I have teamed up with a friend who makes all of these awesome headbands, bows and other cool stuff too! She's a mom who stays home with her adorable little girl, and loves making these cute things for her girl (and others!) to show off!

So you just got Engaged! Congratulations! Now to plan for your Engagement shoot, and what do you wear?
Well, my favorite theme are fun dresses and cowboy boots... its just so Southern! And charming! It also leaves it to where your man can wear Jeans and his favorite shirt, and YOU dress him up by wearing the cute stuff! :)

I personally LOVE a soft, flowing sun dress! So here are some color ideas for fun sun dresses and shoes for your Summer shoot with Lauren Boyd Photography!
If you have kid's you know that it is always the most fun to figure out what THEY are going to wear for your Family photo shoot. You of course worry about yourself last! Well, here are adorable outfits put together all from current Children's Place attire for those little cuties in your life. Both of these are from the BOYS & GIRLS section, but I am sure they have similar items in the BABY sections if you really love this look! <3
This is a prime example of selecting outfits that GO together not something that MATCHES. And with all those colors in that little man's shirt, Mom and Dad are sure to find something in their closet with those color schemes! Think a pale yellow sundress for Mom paired with some super cute sandals and a floppy hat. Don't forget about Dad, throw him in what he's most comfortable in, a polo and a pair of khaki shorts. Pick a color out of that shirt and go with it Dad! Think pale green or even a Kelly Green polo! Just some ideas to get you thinking, and to get out of those boring NON colors of Black and White!

What to Wear Wednesday!
So you have booked your next Family Session with Lauren Boyd Photography, and you are wondering what to wear? Well, you have come to the right place, welcome to Wardrobe Wednesday! This article is all about your What to Wear for your shoot.
Ever look at all kinds of family photos, and notice the one major thing in common... the white and khaki... or white and jeans... Everyone seems to love it, but what I LOVE is COLOR! It's almost Summer, and what screams Summer more than fun colors?
If you're on Pinterest, I have added a board to my Pinterest called "What to Wear for Your Shoot". Check it out, and get some ideas from there, take color schemes that you love and RUN wild with it! My favorite colors this summer are pale yellow, turquoise and coral... You just can't go wrong with such pretty colors. Think about colors that "go together" not necessarily things that MATCH.
